You have the right to request a reassessment of your fee status if you do not agree with the decision that has been made.
As we follow the guidance of UKCISA, before querying your fee status assessment with us, you should check their guidance for applicants and students on their website.
If you have checked this guidance and still believe your fee status to be incorrect, please raise an enquiry via your portal homepage by clicking the dropdown arrow next to your application and clicking ‘View Fee Status’. From here, you can click ‘Submit Fee Status Review Request’. By doing this, you will be sent an email with a fee status form that you can complete and return back to us via your applicant portal. Look out for the notification that appears with further details.
The Recruitment and Admissions Office is unable to provide fee assessments over the telephone or via email. It is also not possible to make an assessment on a student who has not applied to a course at Durham University.
