Due to Data Protection (GDPR) we are not able to share information on an applicant or an application without third party permissions.

We can discuss an application with the person an applicant has nominated at UCAS, however, if the applicant wishes to give third party permissions to an additional person, we will need permissions.

The applicant needs to send a request in writing using our Ask Us enquiry form.

The enquiry should include the information below to allow us to complete data protection with the third party:
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address OR
  • Phone Number
The enquiry should be submitted from the email address we have on record for the applicant.
