If you have received an offer for an alternative course, then this is because we have identified merit and potential in your application to study a different course, even though we were unable to offer you a place on your original choice.
Whilst the course may be in a subject that you have not considered, or in an area that you might not have been able to study before, you may be surprised to learn that your skills, experience or interests may fit well, even if you did not know much about the subject before.
