Can I take Mathematics if I have not done either AS or A2 Further Mathematics?

Our standard offer for Mathematics is A*A*A, which must include A*A* in Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
We do prefer applicants to take a full Further Mathematics A level however, we understand that some schools do not offer this subject.
If your school does not offer Further Mathematics at AS level, it can be studied via the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme. Further information regarding this can be found here.
In cases where Further Mathematics is only studied at AS level, applicants are required to take the TMUA.
We would then be able to consider you for an alternative offer of A*AA (with the A* in Mathematics) + A in AS level Further Mathematics.
If your school does offer Further Mathematics at A level, we would expect this to be taken.
