If you have paid your Tuition Fee deposit, you have a "cooling off" period of 7 days to cancel your contract with the university and receive a full refund.
After the “cooling off” period, we are only able to refund your deposit if:
- you have received a conditional offer and failed to meet one of the conditions. You must have attempted to meet the condition after receiving your offer.
- you are unable to secure a visa
- you have a serious medical condition that prevents you from attending. You must submit medical evidence.
We are unable to refund your deposit if you have changed your mind however, we may be able to consider exceptional circumstances.
In the event that the University revokes an application based on fraud, any deposit paid up to that point will not be eligible for a refund.
If you think you are eligible for a refund, please upload your evidence to your Applicant Portal.
