We cannot consider an appeal against a decision based on an academic decision.

Given the level of competition for places, and without knowledge of all other applications received, there will inevitably be occasions where somebody disagrees with the decision made on their application.

We receive a vast number of applications, from well-qualified applicants.

We have a limited number of places on each course and base decisions on each element of an application, which means that we do  have to disappoint some applicants, sometimes those who have met or exceeded our entry requirements.

For undergraduate applicants we provide you with feedback on your decision at UCAS, and postgraduate applicants will receive feedback on their decision via their applicant portal.

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to requests for further feedback due to the volume of applications we receive.
